AMAZING ACRES GOAT DAIRY 
Amazing Acres Goat Dairy will have fresh and mild Fromagina, a wide assortment of chèvre varieties from sweet to savory, and several bloomy rind options. This week we’re featuring our Sea Smoke. This is a bloomy rind fresh cheese layered with vegetable ash. The ash works with the bloomy rind to create a distinctively assertive flavor and gives the rind its unique color, from which Sea Smoke derives its name. Great on a cheese plate with seasonal fruit, but also delicious as topping for a burger! Enjoy it with a Pinot Grigio or a Pale Ale craft beer.
A SEASON CHEF 
This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain or artichoke hummus, plain or cran-apple chicken salad, shepherd’s pie, and bacon jam, as well as a variety of soups, including Chili, Sausage, Kale & White Bean, and Chicken Zoodle. This week she will bring the following quiches in both small and large sizes: Mushroom & Asparagus, Lorraine, and Sausage. This week she will bring the following carb- and gluten-free frittatas in both small and large sizes: Ham & Spinach and Zucchini. Ruth will also be bringing chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, snickerdoodle cookies, and gluten-free crinkles, as well as cream puffs and biscotti.
Ruth is accepting pre-orders for pies for Thanksgiving pies. Prices are small $8, large $16. Flavors are Pumpkin, Apple, Sweet Potato, Chocolate Mousse, and Maple Custard. Full Table Farm is a small 2-acre vegetable farm in Kennett Square utilizing organic and low-till practices to grow beautiful food with a small but mighty seasonal crew. Find one of their farmers, Grace, at market this Wednesday!
HANK’S CINNAMON BUNS
Hank’s Cinnamon Buns will return to the market this week with their delicious baked goods. This week they feature cinnamon buns and chocolate cinnamon buns.
LINDENHOF FARM
This week is a great time to try a new whole fresh duck or fresh duck breast or legs! Beef steaks are also back at market.

This week NSO will have apples, cider, leeks, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower & Romanesco, sweet potatoes, garlic, and yummy fruit-in-jars. Sunday night (11/17) is the deadline to order 20 pound bags of Gold Rush apples and Gold Rush varietal cider for pickup THIS WEEK at the market. Red Barn Produce will return to the market with their locally grown produce. This week they feature spring mix, power mix greens, arugula, broccoli, snack peppers, bell peppers, eggplant, radishes, carrots, onions and potatoes. Red Barn is now accepting all major credit cards.

Penn Grows will return to the market this week. They will be bringing their assortment of micro greens and micro green infused skincare items.
