A SEASON CHEF This week Ruth features Chef Ruth’s plain or broccoli walnut & dill chicken salad, artichoke hummus, French bread, butternut spinach lasagna, turkey pies, Asian turkey burger, and eggplant parmesan, as well as a variety of soups, including Chili, Spicy Peanut with Chicken, Chicken Rice, Black Bean Chili, and Lentil. This week she will bring the following quiches in both small and large sizes: Spinach, Lorraine, and Crab.
