BLUEBERRY HILL FARM Peg will return this week with her wonderful produce. She will be bringing hull peas, sugar snaps, mint, parsley, cauliflower, cucumbers, kale, Swiss chard, strawberries, rhubarb, red beets, and red, green, Bibb and romaine lettuces. BOTANICAL BUBBLES Sherri will be bringing this week’s featured soap- Cherry Sparkle! It gets its beautiful color from Australian Red Clay with a sprinkle of gold mica. Botanical Bubbles encourages pre-orders since Sherri cannot bring her entire collection to the market. Please pre-order all of your favorite soaps (bar or foaming), lotions and creams, bug spray, lip balms, and a huge variety of skin care products on the website BotanicalBubbles.com and then look for a confirmation email. Sherri will also have a limited amount of product available for sale at the market. |
CLIFFORD FAMILY FARM Liam and Kimmy will be bringing pre-orders to the market on Wednesday. Clifford Family Farm is currently harvesting organic strawberries, spinach, garlic scapes, snap peas, Swiss chard, bok choi, kale, lettuces and more. DEER CREEK MALTHOUSE At Deer Creek Malthouse we offer baking ingredients, home-brewing ingredients and kits, craft foods and beverages – all made from 100% locally grown grain. Featuring this week: check out our home-brew kits! Amber for a dark German lager or an amber ale, and Pale for a Franco-Belgian Saison or a hoppy pale ale. Both have enough grain to brew two separate 5-galllon batches or one large 10-gallon batch. Customers are strongly encouraged to pre-order; however, select items will be available for on-site retail. She will be bringing three different apiaries of local, raw honey, all-organic beeswax body products, and of course her lemon curd and jams. The organic gardens at The Ranch are in full bloom! We’ve got a great variety of infused honeys using our own home-grown botanicals: Rosemary+Basil, Elderflower, Lilac, and Rose. SOLRIG FARM Phyllis will be at the market this week with her delicious and nutritious microgreens. Solrig Farm will have a bumper crop of broccoli microgreens. Broccoli microgreens provide a significant amount of sulforaphane which provides exceptional antioxidant capacity. This week Phyllis will also have her usual sunflowers and radish which supplies the needed enzymes to bioactivate the active ingredients in the broccoli.
