AMAZING ACRES GOAT DAIRY
Amazing Acres Goat Dairy will return to the market this week with fresh and mild Fromagina, a wide assortment of chèvre varieties from sweet to savory, and several bloomy rind options. If you haven’t tried their Baby Bloomer yet, you’re missing out on something special! It is a young version of a classic French bucheron style, with a dense, ivory-colored curd surrounded by a bloomy white rind. The transition between curd and rind is sharp and creamy. It leans towards the “funkier” end of the scale but is one of my favorites. Enjoy it with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, some in-season fruit, a crusty baguette and a drizzle of honey!
BRIA AND LATELLA’S ITALIAN AMERICAN DELI & KITCHEN
George will return to the market this week with all the dishes you’ve come to know and love from Bria & Latella’s.
LINDENHOF FARM
Axel will return to the market this week with Lindenhof’s usual beefchickenlambpet foodpot pies and eggs.
This week Lindehof is featuring their 100% grass fed, all beef chip steak! They’re perfect to make a delicious Philly cheesesteak for dinner or watching sports. You could also pick up a whole chicken for your crockpot if you’re in the mood for fall soup and flavors.
Go to lindenhoffarm.com to place your pre-order for beef, pork, fresh chicken, duck, lamb, and eggs. Pre-orders are requested to be in by Tuesday at noon; however, Axel is offering on-site sales for the market as well.
NEW ROAD BRINERY
New Road Brinery will return to the market this week with Patrick’s lineup of pickles, salts, rubs, and hot sauces.
NORTH STAR ORCHARD
North Star Orchard will return to the market this week with their locally grown produce.
You’ll be in pear-adise when you nosh on NSO’s Hosui Asian pears. Haven’t tried them yet? You don’t have to take our word for it – ask other customers at our stand what they think…crisp, slurpy, sweetness! They’ll also have lots of apple varieties and some yummy veggies this week.
PHILLY PHOODS
Philly Phoods will return to the market this week with their locally grown microgreens.
SALVATERRA’S GARDENS
Salvaterra’s Gardens will return to the market this week with their locally grown produce. This week they feature spring mix, arugula, kale, chard, collards, pak choy, dandelion greens, cabbage, broccoli, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, corn, radish, carrot, beets, turnips, scallions, garlic, head lettuce, parsley, dill and cilantro.
This week Salvaterra’s Gardens highlights their organic heirloom apples and pears! They’ll have multiple varieties of apples and pears this week. Modern day apples have been bred to become super sweet. And while tasty, they often lack one important feature- apple flavor and aroma! Come taste the difference!
WOODSEDGE
Brent will return to the market this week with WoodsEdge alpaca and llama clothing, as well as their honeys and beeswax candles.
